Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 6-8 years in sales, business development, service sales, or account management in electrical power, energy, utilities, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of power systems, electrical infrastructure, substations, transformers, switchgear, protection, automation or related service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop profitable service sales opportunities across Singapore.
- Expand installed base through maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, repairs, spare parts, and lifecycle management solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, EPCs, consultants, data center operators, and industrial customers.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve order intake, revenue, and margin targets.
- Lead customer engagements, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
