Job summary
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for Power Services in Singapore. You will drive service sales growth by developing new opportunities, expanding the installed base, and building relationships with utilities, EPCs, consultants, data center operators, and industrial customers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 6–8 years in sales, business development, service sales, or account management in electrical power/utilities/industry sectors.
- Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of power systems, electrical infrastructure, substations, transformers, switchgear, protection, automation, or related services.
- Existing network with utilities, EPCs, consultants, contractors, industrial customers, or data center stakeholders in Singapore is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth by identifying, developing, and converting new service sales opportunities across Singapore.
- Expand installed base through maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, repairs, spare parts, and lifecycle management solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with utilities, consultants, EPCs, contractors, end users, industrial customers, and data center operators.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve order intake, revenue, and margin targets.
- Lead customer engagements, technical discussions, commercial negotiations, and solution presentations.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, tenders, and service agreements with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with service operations, technical experts, Product Service Centers, and regional teams to deliver competitive solutions.
