Job summary

Christofle (SEA) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive sales-oriented individual to join our store team. You will actively strive to achieve sales targets and provide guests with detailed brand and product introductions, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups after each sale.

You will also keep the store environment pristine, assist with inventory and transfers, and support regional stores as needed while adhering to all sales procedures and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales capability and a customer-first attitude.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Fluent English would be a plus and you should be able to convey product details clearly.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Job description

SALES ACHIEVEMENT：

• Actively strive to achieve sales targets, and use sales skills and quality service to improve sales performance
• Provide guests with detailed brand and product introduction
• After completion of the sale, follow up the follow-up details in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction with the brand and product
• Strictly comply with the company's relevant sales rules and procedures
• Maintain constant attention and interest in fashion lifestyle and market trends

OPERATION SUPPORT：

• Keep the store environment and goods clean, displayed and stocked
• Assist warehouse and store in product maintenance and inventory arrangement
• Assist with all inventory, transfer, receiving procedures and all paperwork related to transfer/receiving procedures

CUSTOMER SERVICE：

• Provide excellent service to our guests
• Make full use of store customer information, establish and maintain positive communication and contact with customers
• Solve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, and continuously improve customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Execute POS system processes correctly
• Follow all work plans, including attendance, professional appearance guidelines etcat all time and project a brand image;
• Attend all relevant trainings and meetings organized by the store management, and support regional stores;

QUALIFACTIONS & EXPERIENCE：

• With a good team player.
• Excellent sales skills,Connect with VIC etc
• Good organization and coordination skills, excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and close deadline
• Advanced computer program skills like Microsoft Word, Excel and so on
• Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English would be a plus
• Personal interest for flatware, interior design and luxury products
