• Willingness to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations to promote and sell products effectively
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall sales performance
• Deliver excellent customer service to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships and personalised shopping experiences
• Maintain store appearance, product presentation, and visual merchandising according to Company standards
• Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory management, sales transactions, and after‑sales services
• Acquire and maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure positive customer experiences
• Handle merchandise properly, ensuring correct display and security following Company procedures
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a professional work environment and achieve store objectives
