Job summary

LEYOUKI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Sales Associate in Singapore to drive individual sales, deliver high standards of customer service, and develop VIP relationships. The role involves customer development, CRM activities, and supporting junior team members in a luxury retail environment.

The position requires at least 3 years in retail sales, with preference for premium fashion or lifestyle brands. Strong product knowledge and styling ability are essential, and weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist and coach junior Sales Associates
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in implementing weekly sales priorities
• Share relevant customer and market feedback with management
• Support day-to-day store operations when required
• Demonstrate good selling practices and act as a positive example to junior team members

The Senior Sales Associate is a key selling member of the store team, responsible for strong individual sales performance, customer development and supporting less experienced team members.

The position carries greater sales and customer responsibility than a Sales Associate but does not hold final responsibility for store budgeting, rostering or overall store management.

Career Progression

High-performing Senior Sales Associates with demonstrated leadership potential may be considered for progression to Assistant Store Manager.
Diploma in Retail, Business or a related discipline is an advantage, but not essential. Relevant retail experience and demonstrated leadership capability will be given greater consideration.
