Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent in supporting enterprise accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret customer business problems and then explain how a Red Hat solution addresses identified challenges.
• Deep knowledge of Linux/UNIX OS, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience with IaaS or PaaS solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Red Hat Certified Engineer certification is preferred but not required at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Supports the account team in gaining the Technical Win as the SME for RHEL and systems management solutions.
• Delivers deep dive presentations, custom demos, workshops and POCs, and answers product questions for proposals.
• Provides presales assistance with RHEL and Smart Management.
• Assists in technical strategy approaches for large/strategic opportunities.
• Represents region in Communities of Practice.
• Helps develop and maintain reusable technical sales assets.
• Represents region in Communities of Practice and collaborates with Product BUs.
