Job summary

Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect to lead pre-sales for RHEL and related technologies. You will be the frontline technical liaison, delivering deep dive demos, custom workshops, and tailored proposals to enterprise customers, ensuring technical wins.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and partners to shape customer solutions, travel up to 50%, and help customers maximize TCO with open-source platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent in supporting enterprise accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to interpret customer business problems and explain Red Hat solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems, preferably RHEL.
• Experience with IaaS or PaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supports the account team in gaining the Technical Win as the SME for RHEL and management solutions.
• Delivers deep dive presentations, custom demos, workshops and POCs, and answers product questions for proposals.
• Provides pre-sales assistance with RHEL and Smart Management.
• Assists in technical strategy approaches for large opportunities.
• Represents region in Communities of Practice and builds customer relationships.
