Job summary

Red Hat Asia-Pacific PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to provide proactive technical guidance for enterprise RHEL environments. You will troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive adoption of Red Hat technologies across customer environments.

You will build trusted relationships, collaborate with Global Support Services, Engineering, Product Management, and field teams, and develop TAM engagement plans to demonstrate business value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology-related discipline.
• Strong English communication; build trusted relationships with enterprises.
• Experience with RHEL administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning.
• Understanding of Linux kernel performance issues, system diagnostics, root cause analysis.
• Experience with storage technologies and filesystems in RHEL environments.
• Experience with Red Hat Satellite for provisioning, patch management, lifecycle management.
• Understanding of IdM/IPA and enterprise identity management concepts.
• Experience with RHDS and LDAP-based directory services.
• Experience with Pacemaker cluster configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews; proactively identify and prevent issues.
• Develop and support implementations for complex technical challenges.
• Understand customers' technical infrastructures, hardware, processes, and offerings.
• Investigate and respond to support requests (online/phone).
• Manage customer cases and document clearly.
• Develop a TAM Engagement Plan to guide activities and demonstrate value.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction across adoption lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, GSS, Sales & Services.
• Contribute to best practices and internal training materials.
• Capture product capabilities and identify gaps for each engagement step.
• Mentor team members and contribute to internal projects.
