LogicMonitor, based in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive analytics, forecasting, and process optimization across APAC. The role focuses on pipeline management, partner analytics, and data-driven decision making using Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, strong Salesforce expertise, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience with dashboards.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline metrics, and ACV/ARR.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency (Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Analyze pipeline, bookings, ACV, ARR, and win rates.
• Support pipeline management, forecast accuracy, QBRs, and AOP.
• Support direct and channel sales partners including attribution.
• Improve end-to-end sales processes: quoting, pricing, contracting, renewals.
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting across Salesforce, CPQ, PRM.
• Build dashboards and KPI reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve forecasting and reporting.
