Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations, sales support, or data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy emphasis.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce / Dynamics) and BI tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work across APAC.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform CRM data hygiene checks and records maintenance.
• Update accounts and partner mappings; triage partner queries.
• Coordinate data, reporting, and requests from APAC Sales Ops.
• Support pipeline management and forecast accuracy via data validation.
• Maintain APAC Sales Ops wiki, docs, calendars, and templates.
• Mine CRM/pipeline data to support QBR, OKR, and planning.
• Conduct ad hoc data analyses for the regional Sales Ops team.
