Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in a sales operations role.
• Experience as a user of Salesforce within quote to cash business processes.
• Proficient in Salesforce skills needed to complete daily troubleshooting, ticket resolution and projects.
• You enjoy taking initiative and making suggestions for improvements.
• Detail oriented with high capability for detecting inconsistencies.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong time management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Experience at SaaS company preferred.
