Job summary

Cloudflare in Singapore is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Support Manager to join the Revenue Operations Support team. This role focuses on Salesforce and CLM systems to support the APAC region and internal stakeholders.

You will drive operational excellence, manage data quality, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Contracts, Pricing and Finance to optimize order-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a sales operations role.
• Experience as a user of Salesforce within quote-to-cash processes.
• Proficient in Salesforce skills for troubleshooting, tickets, and projects.
• Able to take initiative and suggest improvements.
• Detail oriented with strong detection of inconsistencies.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Experience at a SaaS company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly support sales and customer success by resolving tickets related to sales processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot requests, identify root causes, and resolve problems.
• Verify data accuracy of sales orders.
• Liaise between Sales, Customer Success, Contracts, Pricing and Finance to resolve issues.
• Follow documentation to complete tasks and create new process docs; train teammates.
