Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Manager within Revenue Operations to act as the senior RevOps partner for our Singapore-basedSales organization, developing enabling tools, streamlining processes, and delivering actionable reporting across the region.

As the sole RevOps presence in Singapore, you will work autonomously while partnering with a Global RevOps leader in London to balance regional priorities with global standards, driving territory design, tooling, and go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in revenue or sales operations for international orgs.
• Experience supporting APAC markets, especially Singapore.
• Proven ability to influence senior sales leaders without direct reports.
• Strong data-driven approach to planning, forecasting and QBRs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce dashboards and regional tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Sales Operations processes to ensure scalability for international Sales orgs, adapting global standards to regional realities.
• Partner with APAC Sales Leaders to drive business planning through data-driven analysis and actionable insights.
• Own the QBR process for the region, refine templates, and prioritize business asks.
• Evaluate and optimize sales tech stack and workflows to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Global RevOps to assess fit of new tools for APAC needs.
• Build Singapore and APAC territories with local sales leadership.
• Create regular reports and SFDC dashboards aligned with regional priorities.
• Anticipate needs of scaling APAC sales and deliver tools, processes, strategy, and analytics.
