LogicMonitor Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive analytics, forecasting, and process improvement across APAC sales channels. You will lead data-driven initiatives and partner with Sales, Channel, Finance, and Marketing Operations.

The role emphasizes building dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, and CPQ workflows, leveraging AI to optimize revenue operations and deliver actionable insights for growth across direct and indirect channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Channel Operations, or Sales Analytics within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including reporting, dashboards, opportunity management, and data analysis.
• Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, bookings, ACV, ARR, and sales performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, PRM, and sales process automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pipeline, bookings, ACV, ARR, win rates, conversion, and partner-sourced and influenced revenue across direct and indirect channels.
• Support pipeline management, forecast accuracy, deal progression, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and Annual Operating Planning (AOP).
• Support direct sales, GSIs, distributors, resellers, and MSPs, including co-sell, referral, resale, deal registration, and partner attribution.
• Improve end-to-end sales processes, including opportunity management, quoting, pricing, contracting, bookings, and renewals.
• Support distributor and reseller pricing, margins, discounts, rebates, incentives, and order management.
• Maintain data accuracy, reporting integrity, and operational workflows across Salesforce CRM, CPQ, PRM, and related GTM platforms.
• Build dashboards, sales and partner scorecards, and KPI reporting to identify performance gaps, growth opportunities, and operational risks.
• Actively leverage AI, predictive analytics, and automation to identify pipeline risks, improve forecasting, detect data inconsistencies, automate repetitive reporting, and optimize Sales Operations workflows.
