Job summary

Emerson Automation Solutions Singapore is seeking a commercially minded analyst to transform data into actionable insights for the Asia Pacific Revenue Operations team. You will drive the Revenue Performance Model, deliver commercial insights, improve forecast accuracy and data quality, and help leaders make informed decisions across multiple countries and business units.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics or related discipline.
Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, commercial analytics, forecasting, or related disciplines.
Experience managing recurring business reviews, forecast cycles, or performance reporting with defined deliverables.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including report/dashboard development.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and Power Query.
Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of pipeline management concepts, forecasting metrics, and revenue performance indicators.
Experience in a multi-country or global business environment.

Responsibilities

Own and lead execution of scheduled revenue review cadences across Asia Pacific.
Prepare executive dashboards, performance reports, and leadership materials.
Consolidate regional forecasts ensuring transparency and data integrity.
Analyze CRM and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop concise commentary on business exceptions and performance drivers.
Monitor CRM data quality and drive improvement through scorecards and governance.
