Job summary

GXBank in Singapore is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead growth and management of our SME and Business Banking portfolio. You will drive new client acquisition and deepen existing relationships while delivering tailored financial solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Mid Market, you will collaborate with Credit Risk and Operations to ensure credit quality and seamless service, building a strong NTB pipeline and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in SME/Mid-Market commercial banking, with established networks and a track record in acquiring new business.
• Strong understanding of working capital, trade finance, and unsecured lending is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, grow, and retain profitable Mid-Market clients.
• Drive NTB acquisition and portfolio growth within the Mid-Market SME segment.
• Originate NTB opportunities through networks, leads, calls, and partnerships.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of NTB clients with clear prioritization and measurable conversions.
• Develop and manage client relationships by understanding needs and structuring financial solutions.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk and Operations for seamless service delivery and execution.
