Qualifications

10+ years in Global Markets sales, institutional sales, or related function.
Direct coverage experience with institutional investors in Japan: asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, or banks.
Proven ability to build and manage senior-level client relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

Manage a designated portfolio of institutional clients in line with regional and global objectives.
Coordinate relationship management across capital markets and investment banking teams to deepen client penetration.
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships including engagement with executives and C-suite stakeholders.
Lead client engagement initiatives, identify opportunities, and facilitate transactions across the organization.
