DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a VP, Relationship Manager for Private Banking focused on the Japan Market.

Based in Singapore, you will grow the business by acquiring and retaining HNW/UHNW clients, delivering tailored wealth solutions, and collaborating with Investment Counsellors to meet investment needs while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will build lasting client relationships through proactive advisory, cross-functional teamwork, and a strong client-centric approach in a dynamic banking

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree with at least 8–12 years of relevant experience.
Sound knowledge of private banking products and solutions with deep networks in the Japan Market.
Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity.

Responsabilidades

Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/UHNW clients within the Japan market.
Implement geographically focused strategy in line with the overall business plan.
Build deep understanding of clients’ investment needs and provide sound financial advice with Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists.
Be a strong advisor to clients in their wealth journeys and strengthen relationships.
Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.
