Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. Private Banking team offers a one-stop wealth management service for high-net-worth clients in Asia. This role focuses on growing UHNW/JN clients in the Japan market, delivering sound financial advice in partnership with Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists.

You will build deep client relationships, implement geography-focused strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in private banking.
• Deep knowledge of Japan market products and networks.
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-centric communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/UHNW clients within the Japan market.
• Implement geographical focused strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
• Build and develop a deep understanding of clients’ investment needs.
• Provide sound financial advice to clients working in partnership with the Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists.
• Be a strong advisor to the clients in their wealth journeys and work to continually strengthen the client relationships.
• Ensure compliance to the bank's and regulatory requirements.
