Job summary

MCITS Technologies Pte. Ltd. seeks a highly organized IT Support Analyst (Infrastructure Service Operations) to join our local technology team in Singapore.

In this role you will manage multiple layers of enterprise infrastructure and deliver high-quality daily IT services to regional business users. You will provide 2nd level support for desktop and core infrastructure, handle escalations, monitor production environments, and participate in regional projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Industry background in desktop and infrastructure support within Banking or regulated Financial Services.
• Experience as a Level 2 support professional in Windows enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level IT support for enterprise desktop, workstation, and regional infrastructure environments.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize end-point clients and endpoint security.
• Monitor day-to-day production environments and respond to escalations to ensure system availability.
• Coordinate IT Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises and participate in regional/global infrastructure projects.
