Job summary

SCHLUMBERGER OILFIELD (S) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst to deliver desktop support across hardware, software, and peripherals, acting as second-line escalation for incidents and service requests.

You will perform PC staging, IMAC activities, and coordinate with global teams, supporting executive users, ensuring SLAs, and maintaining asset management while upholding QHSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT support, desktop engineering, or onsite technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting of hardware, software, networking, and OS issues.
• Experience supporting executive and VIP users in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
• Resolve and close incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams within agreed timelines.
• Log, document, and maintain accurate incident records per help desk procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding incident status, progress, and resolution.
• Perform PC staging, deployment, installation, configuration, and replacement activities.
• Maintain and update the Global Asset Management database for assigned IT assets.
• Support executive and VIP users with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
• Coordinate and monitor resolution activities across support teams with progress updates to customers.
• Work with Enterprise Services teams to deploy and support upgrades to servers, LANs, WANs, and wireless networks.
