Job summary

Malifax Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT support professional to manage customers’ IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations and network equipment, across Singapore. You will deploy, configure and maintain systems to ensure business continuity.

This role covers Level 2 troubleshooting, policy guidance and capacity planning, and requires coordination with vendors and the technical team to deliver onsite tasks and projects within scope.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Polytechnic diploma in IT or related field.
• Fundamental understanding of internet concepts and corporate networking.
• At least 1 year experience in System Integrator or corporate IT infrastructure environment.
• Hands-on configuration, administration and troubleshooting of Windows-based systems, virtualization and cloud solutions such as Office365 or IAAS.
• Good communication and writing skills; team player, self-motivated and independent.

Responsibilities

• Support and recommend system IT policies, standard operating procedure and capacity planning for customers
• Perform proactively Level 2 technical support to troubleshooting on IT hardware and enterprise software to resolve and restore services on customers system/network IT infrastructure
• Work with the technical team, vendors or individually to deliver onsite job tasks, and projects in accordance to work scope
