Job summary

MATSCO SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled IT professional to join a dynamic team delivering 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support to high-profile financial services clients across Singapore CBD.

The role covers desktop and server administration, cybersecurity tooling, and project work such as office relocations and data migrations. You will participate in on-call rotations and support cross-platform environments including Windows, Mac, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Experience providing enterprise IT support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and Windows Server environments.
• Ability to work in on-call rotation and maintain security discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for desktop infrastructure and Microsoft servers.
• Support and maintain security platforms (Microsoft, Sophos, Mimecast, Duo, Umbrella).
• Lead hardware/software projects including office relocations and data migrations.
• Provide out-of-hours on-call support.
• Manage Microsoft Entra components and Office 365 services to ensure secure access and collaboration.
• Support and administer VPN solutions (Meraki, Cisco AnyConnect) for remote connectivity.
• Administer Windows Server 2016+ with Entra hybrid, Active Directory and File Services.
• Provide enterprise cloud file sharing and Azure-related support.
• Support Mac OS alongside Windows environments.
