Hemmersbach Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide 2nd line onsite technical support for enterprise users.

You will assist with building and deploying new desktop/laptop hardware, support mobile devices, and manage tickets using the company’s IT ticketing tool. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, and smartphones, with 2-5 years of end-user support experience and fluent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience with end user support.
Strong technical skills in troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, and Smartphones.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line onsite technical support to Enterprise users.
Assist with building and deployment of new desktop/laptop hardware.
Support mobile devices and manage tickets using the company’s IT ticketing tool.
Coordinate and communicate with the central helpdesk team.
