Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for Global Real Estate in Global Corporate Banking in Singapore. You will manage a portfolio of real estate corporate clients and deliver holistic banking solutions across lending, treasury, cash management, and capital markets.

You will review clients regularly, identify opportunities, monitor risks, and stay updated on market trends to inform strategy and portfolio management. A strong focus on growth and asset quality will be essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of corporate banking experience, preferably real estate lending.
Solid knowledge of corporate banking products (lending, cash management, treasury, investment banking solutions).
Strong credit and financial analysis capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of real estate corporate customers.
Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities to deepen relationships through tailored banking and financing solutions.
Monitor portfolio performance, client developments, and market conditions to identify opportunities and emerging risks.
Stay abreast of global real estate market trends and apply insights to client strategy and portfolio management.
Contribute to portfolio growth, revenue generation, and cross-selling while maintaining asset quality and risk discipline.
