Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a motivated Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of medium to large SMEs in the Real Estate & Construction sector. You will drive revenue by deepening relationships, cross-selling Cash Management, Treasury, and Investment Banking solutions, and leading credit proposals with risk assessment.

You will collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive banking solutions, build a strong client network, and grow market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking or Relationship Management.
• Experience with Real Estate & Construction clients is preferred.
• Strong ability to prepare and present high-quality Credit Proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of medium to large SMEs in Real Estate & Construction.
• Drive revenue growth by deepening client relationships and cross-selling banking solutions.
• Lead credit origination, proposals, and portfolio oversight with robust risk assessment.
