OCBC Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Relationship Manager in Global Real Estate to grow a portfolio of corporate real estate clients, delivering holistic banking solutions across lending, treasury, cash management, and capital markets.

You will conduct regular client reviews, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, monitor portfolio performance and market trends, and work with developers, REITs, and private real estate funds to achieve revenue growth with strong asset quality.

Qualificações

• A degree in a relevant field such as accountancy, business, finance, or economics.
• At least 8 years of corporate banking experience, preferably with real estate lending.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products including lending and treasury.
• Solid credit and financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client and stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive and results-driven with focus on client service and revenue growth.

What you do

• Manage a portfolio of real estate corporate customers.

• Stay abreast of global real estate market trends, investment activity, and industry developments, applying insights to client strategy and portfolio management.
• Contribute to portfolio growth, revenue generation, and cross-selling objectives while maintaining strong asset quality and risk discipline.

Who you are

• A degree in a relevant field, such as accountancy, business, finance, or economics.
• At least 8 years of experience in corporate banking, preferably with real estate lending experience.
• Sound working knowledge of corporate banking products, including lending, cash management, treasury, investment banking solutions.
• Sound credit and financial analysis capabilities.
• Able to work independently with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the corporate banking landscape and the needs of our clients.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
