Job summary

ENCASA Asia Employment Services LLP is inviting applications for a Quantity Surveyor role based at HQ in Joo Koon, Singapore. The position focuses on cost estimation, tender preparation, and coordination with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Candidate must hold a Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil/Structural Engineering; salary range SGD 5,500–7,500 with AWS and bonus, plus five days of leave.

Qualifications
