Job summary

BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and oversee costs, budgets, procurement and final accounts for major LTA and civil infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.
• Strong QS experience in LTA / Civil Infrastructure projects.
• Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of contracts, claims, variations and cost management.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
