ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP is seeking a Senior/Lead Quantity Surveyor to guide a team on large-scale infrastructure projects. You will supervise procurement, contract administration, and cost control, ensuring accurate reporting and governance.

You will review contracts, prepare tender estimates, develop budgets and cash flows, and manage claims and variations while coordinating with clients and subcontractors to maximise value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with analytical mindset.
• High integrity, dependability, urgency and result orientation.

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors in procurement and contract administration activities.
• Review contract documents and prepare cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and cash flow forecasts, updating projections as required.
• Administer contract progress claims, subcontractor payments and variation orders.
• Evaluate and resolve contractual claims, including extensions of time (EOT) and additional cost claims.
• Independently manage and deliver large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract administration.
• Formulate procurement strategies that align with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities in procurement processes
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on capabilities and past performance
• Negotiate contractual and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors while ensuring compliance.

Formazione

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying /Construction Management /Civil Engineering/ Building or related fields

A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with 33+ years of experience, specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects.
