Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree/diploma, are proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD, and have about 2 years of QS experience in Singaporean contracting environments.

• Support Contracts Director/Manager and planning teams during project lifecycle.

• S$5,000 higher + Variable Bonus

• Provides general building construction services

• Has experience in structural works for buildings and infrastructure projects

• Experience includes high-rise condominiums and HDB buildings

• Experience includes MRT stations and tunnels

Our Client, a construction company specialising in general building, civil engineering, structural works, and infrastructure projects, including residential buildings and MRT developments, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Quantity Surveyor (Contracts Administration).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Contracts Director/ Contracts Manager and/or Planning & Engineering managers during the whole process of sub-contract project

• Submission for progress claim, quotation and VO (Variation Order) submission

• Monitor and keep track of project progress and responsible for measurement and valuation of variation in the work during the sub-contract project period

• Finalize project’s final account.

• Complete Jobs given by the head or director.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Projects & Facilities Management or Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

• Well-versed in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore

• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD and the ability to learn new specialist software

• 2 years relevant experience in Quantity Surveyor

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Aljunied

• Working Days/Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Salary: S$5,000 higher (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
