Job summary

ENCASA Asia Employment Services LLP is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tenders and project costing from our HQ in Singapore. The role requires preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates for tenders, and coordinating with specialists, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate bids.

You will compile tender documents, monitor progress claims, and help finalize accounts with clients and subcontractors, contributing to successful project delivery in large-scale infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for tenders and projects
• Compile and submit tender documents
• Source, assess and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and monitor monthly progress claims to ensure timely submission
• Handle the finalization of project accounts with clients and subcontractors

Job description

• $4,000 - $7,500 + AWS & Bonus
• 5 days (9am - 6pm) | HQ based - Joo Koon (Walking distance from Joo Koon MRT)
• A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with 33+ years of experience, specializing in largescale infrastructure projects such as aviation, drainage, roads, bridges, and sewerage.
