Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a role near Aljunied MRT. The position offers a monthly salary of SGD 3,800–4,800 plus AWS and a variable bonus, with working days Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm.

Key responsibilities include sourcing sub-contractors and vendors for tendering, quantities take-offs, evaluating quotations, preparing subcontract documents and procurement schedules, and assisting senior QS/PM in negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Source sub-contractors and vendors for tendering
• Carry out quantities take-offs during tendering
• Evaluate quotations and costing summaries for approval prior tender submission
• Prepare subcontract documents incorporating contract and technical requirements
• Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedules
• Assist Contract Manager/Deputy Contract Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor/PM in negotiation and award of sub-contracts
• Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors
• Prepare payment claims and substantiation for variations orders and valuations
• Prepare monthly payment certificates and check invoices against delivery orders
• Maintain records for Architect Instructions and Variations Orders monthly
• Update and file material price list
• Prepare project cost summaries and contact lists
• Quantity take-off for pre and post contract
• Procurement for the assigned project

Quantity Surveyor

• Salary: $3800 - $4800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Location: 5 min walk from Aljunied MRT
• Working Days: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Source sub-contractors, vendors for quotation during tendering
• Carry out quantities taking off during tendering
• Evaluate quotations and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
• Prepare subcontract documents (incorporate all contract and technical requirements)
• Prepare procurement and sub-contract schedule
• Assist Contract Manager/ Deputy Contract Manager/ Senior Quantity Surveyor/ PM in the negotiation and award of sub-contracts
• Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractor
• Prepare payment claims and provide substantiation for VO for valuation
• Prepare monthly payment certificate, check invoices against delivery order
• Prepare, update and maintain records for Architect Instructions, Variations Orders on a monthly basis
• Update and file material price list
• Prepare report project cost summary
• Prepare, update project contact list
• Quantity take-off for pre and post contract
• Procurement for the assigned project
