Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration across multiple projects in Singapore. You will prepare cost comparisons, evaluate quotations, and manage progress claims and final accounts.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with 1–2 years of experience preferred. 5 days work week and opportunities across multiple locations are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost estimation, tender preparation and evaluation.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and assist in negotiations.
• Prepare and administer tender and contract documents.
• Perform accurate quantity measurements for progress claims, variation orders, subcontractor/supplier payments and final accounts.
• Evaluate and certify progress work done and handle contract administration for variations.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts and payment settlements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams to ensure timely completion of QS matters.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.
