Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a Singapore-based building and construction company. The role focuses on cost control, contract administration, and procurement across main contracts and subcontract works.
You will prepare progress claims, support EOT submissions, and carry out cost breakdowns while liaising with consultants and project teams to ensure budgets are met. Office location: Tagore Lane, Changi South.

Salary: Up to $4,500 Basic + Variable Bonus
Entry-Level – Diploma: $3,200 – $3,500 Basic
Entry-Level – Degree: $3,500 – $4,000 Basic
Working Days: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Location: Tagore Lane >>> Changi South (office relocation in Q4)
Prepare and submit progress claims for main contracts and subcontract works.
Support the project team in contract administration, variation orders and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
Carry out quantity take-offs for structural, architectural and external works.
Prepare detailed cost breakdowns based on drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing quotations and preparing quotation comparison evaluations.
Liaise with consultants to clarify contract scope, specifications and variation works.
Prepare project budgets for close monitoring with the Accounts and Project teams.
Track material quantities against project budget and cost.
Verify claims submitted by subcontractors and suppliers.
Handle settlement of final accounts with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
Perform basic cost-related administrative duties and prepare supporting documentation.
Attend project site meetings and provide QS-related support when required.
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
1 year of experience in quantity surveying or construction, well versed in construction costing, contracts and procurement processes.
Familiar with QS-related tools/software and Microsoft Office applications.
