Job summary

NTT DATA in Singapore is seeking a Senior Client Manager to own and grow key client relationships. You will drive land, expansion, and renewals across our solutions within assigned accounts, ensuring client success and revenue growth while building lasting partnerships.

You will collaborate with vendors and partners, manage opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts, and serve as the primary touchpoint for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in business/sales is required.
• Experience managing large client relationships in IT or professional services.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, pipelines, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with assigned clients, driving land, expansion, and renewals.
• Coordinate with vendors/partners to meet client needs and close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipelines and forecasts using company tools including Salesforce.
• Develop governance and compliance policies to manage risk and ensure financial governance.
