You will own the end-to-end client lifecycle, collaborating with vendors and partners, managing opportunities, pipelines and forecasts, and ensuring superior client satisfaction. Strong sales experience in IT or professional services and Salesforce expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in global partner management, sales environments and customer service.
• Experience in IT or professional services focusing on business development and/or sales.
• Strong business acumen in sales, planning and leveraging tools and DATA.
• Knowledge of offerings, client applications, use cases and market trends.
• Ability to link high-value services to client needs and outcomes.
• Experience in identifying and advancing opportunities at prospects and clients and coordinating resources to close sales.
• Excellent client engagement and management skills to drive growth.
• Prior experience with the Salesforce.com contact platform.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field.
