Job summary

Gough Recruitment (Hong Kong) Pty Limited is seeking a Sales & Business Development Senior Associate in Singapore to generate and convert direct client opportunities for property projects. You will manage the full client journey from inquiry to reservation and completion, blending consultative selling with high-value client relationships.

The role requires strong English, Mandarin preferred, and willingness to travel for client events and exhibitions.

Qualifications

Experience in consultative sales, business development, or private client management.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of international property markets preferred.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent spoken and written English; Mandarin an advantage.
Client-focused, commercially minded, self-motivated.
Experience with CRM systems.
Willing to attend events, exhibitions and travel.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Fluency in Chinese language required due to client base.

Responsibilities

Advise Singapore-based and international clients on property opportunities, managing the full sales cycle.
Develop opportunities via enquiries, referrals, networking, and events.
Maintain knowledge of projects and markets, coordinating with internal teams and advisers.
Maintain CRM records, provide reports, and support marketing initiatives.
Follow regulatory requirements on due diligence, AML, sanctions screening and confidentiality.
