Job summary

BERKELEY RESIDENTIAL (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Property Sales Consultant to generate, manage and convert direct client opportunities for Berkeley’s residential developments in London and the wider UK, while supporting the Singapore office objectives.

You will own the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion, maintain an active CRM pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisers to deliver tailored, compliant client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative sales or private-client management.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle and meet targets.
• Knowledge of London/UK property market preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and client management for high-value properties.
• Qualify, nurture leads, and deliver tailored presentations.
• Negotiate sales and coordinate with internal and external advisers.
