Job summary

gough recruitment (singapore) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to advise clients and drive the full sales cycle for high-value property opportunities in Singapore and across key markets.

You will build trusted relationships, manage enquiries, reservations and completions, attend events, and ensure compliance while delivering against sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative sales and private client management.
• Full sales cycle experience with targets.
• Knowledge of international property markets is preferred.
• Excellent English; Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on purchasing and investing in property, managing full sales cycle.
• Develop opportunities through inquiries, referrals, networking and events.
• Maintain knowledge of projects and markets, coordinate with internal teams and advisers.
• Keep client and pipeline records in CRM, provide regular reporting.
• Follow policies on due diligence, AML, sanctions screening and confidentiality.
