You will build trusted relationships, manage enquiries, reservations and completions, attend events, and ensure compliance while delivering against sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative sales and private client management.
• Full sales cycle experience with targets.
• Knowledge of international property markets is preferred.
• Excellent English; Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development role with an international property developer, focused on advising clients, managing the full sales cycle and building. Our client is a well established company with a long standing reputation for delivering high quality projects.The Sales and Business Development professional generates and converts direct client opportunities for the developer’s projects. The role manages the full client journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion, combining consultative sales with careful private client relationship management and business development activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise Singapore based and international clients on purchasing and investing in property opportunities across key markets, managing the full sales cycle from needs assessment through negotiation, reservation and completion.
• Develop new opportunities through enquiries, referrals, networking and client events while building trusted long term relationships that support repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the developer’s projects and relevant markets, providing clear information and coordinating with internal teams and external advisers to support clients through the transaction.
• Keep accurate client and pipeline records in the CRM system, provide regular reporting, and support marketing and business development initiatives including exhibitions and events.
• Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements on client due diligence, anti money laundering, sanctions screening and record keeping, while protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in consultative sales, business development or private client relationship management, preferably within property, financial services, luxury or another high value sales environment is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and deliver against individual sales targets.
• Knowledge of international property markets is preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English. Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Client focused, commercially minded, self motivated and confident engaging with private clients and professional advisers.
• Strong attention to detail with experience using CRM systems.
• Willing to attend client events and exhibitions outside normal business hours, including selected weekends, and travel when required.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• As you will be working with Chinese clients, fluency in the language is required.
