Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination &Execution

Lead the overallcoordination, status reporting, and execution of project work efforts to ensuresuccessful delivery.

Project Management Methodology

Establish andimplement standardized project management processes and methodologies to ensureprojects are delivered on time, within budget, meet high-quality standards, andfulfil user expectations.

Planning & Team Oversight

Developcomprehensive project plans, assign tasks to team members, and oversee dailywork efforts. Monitor progress, identify resource needs, conduct qualityreviews, and escalates issues related to functionality, quality, or timelines asnecessary.

Milestone Tracking &Resource Adjustment

Track key projectmilestones and proactively adjust plans and resources to meet evolving customerneeds.

Stakeholder Communication

Facilitate clear and consistent communication withall stakeholders regarding project scope, budget, risks, and resourcerequirements.

Key Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computerscience, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, orequivalent work experience.
• Project Management certificationor successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum isrequired.
• 8to 15 years of IT work experience, including 5 to 8 years in managing projects.

Essential:

• Experiencemanaging projects across multiple technologies and functional areas.
• Possessesextensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies andtools.
• Skilledin resource management practices and change management techniques.
• Preferablyexperienced in the Financial and Banking industry.

Banking Domains: wholesale Banking -Transaction Banking, Payments & Collections, Retail & Mobile Banking,Digital Channels

Project Delivery: E2E Lifecycle,Agile/Waterfall, Process Reengineering, Manage minimum 3 projects within budgetof SGD 10–25Mil.

Technology & Ops: Core Banking,SWIFT, Online & Mobile Platforms

StakeholderManagement: Senior Engagement, Cross-functional Leadership, Vendor Coordination
