Job summary

QING FENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced site professional to coordinate with the Project Manager, interpret drawings, and oversee construction progress on active sites in Singapore.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Architecture/Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, with at least 6 years in building construction, and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit BIM, and Microsoft Project for project scheduling and coordination.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognised degree or diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 6 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry.
• Strong knowledge in use of AutoCAD, BIM software such as Revit and Microsoft Projects

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support, including interpretation of construction drawings.
• Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest BCA codes and regulations.
• Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to perform their respective scopes of work for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations.
• Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with preparatory works and coordination with consultants.
• Liaise with government agencies to obtain necessary site permits and clearances.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors.
