Job summary

GOODLAND INVESTMENTS PTE LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction/Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor renovation projects from initiation to handover.

You will liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities to ensure quality and compliance. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or Architecture required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction or project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM modeling.
• Able to work independently with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Working knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
• Familiarity with MSProject for scheduling.
• Basic understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements is an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving license preferred (for site visits).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction/renovation projects from initiation to handover.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare project drawings, schedules, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
• Manage project budgets and assist in cost control.
• Resolve on-site issues and elevate risks in a timely manner.
