Job summary

IGM INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to plan, organize and set up site and sequential job planning for smooth project execution. You will attend site meetings, monitor progress, and coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants and client representatives.

The role requires a Diploma in Building or Architecture, at least three years in design-and-build construction, and a detail-oriented, professional, team-minded approach to ensure quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Architecture or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years in design and build construction.
• Strong drawing interpretation and attention to details.
• Self-motivated with professional integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Attend sites and project meetings and updates on work progress.
• Identify and clear discrepancies in drawings with consultants prior to site progress.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, client representatives and relevant authorities.
• Prepare and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports and emails.
• Manage site staff and subcontractors’ schedule and progress, and provide solutions to issues at site.
• Ensure quality control measures via on site / off site inspection.
• Check that approved / correct materials are used within specifications / certifications submitted, recorded and approved.
• Participate in Risk Assessment and Workplace Safety and Health matters.

• Ensures all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress.


• Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, client's representatives and relevant authorities.


• Prepare and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports and emails.


• Manages all site staff and subcontractors’ schedule, work progress and provide solutions to issues at site.


• Ensures quality control measures via on site / off site inspection


• Checks that approved / correct materials are used within specifications / certifications submitted, recorded and approved

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Building, Architecture or its equivalent


• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in design and build construction industry.


• An eye to capture critical details and items in understanding drawing convention.


• Highly self-motivated, positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
