Job summary

WANG FENG DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a qualified engineer to coordinate site activities, interpret construction drawings, and support the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Structural, or related engineering, with at least 3 years in building construction, and is proficient in AutoCAD and BIM tools such as Revit, plus Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management with at least 3 years in building construction
• Experience interpreting construction drawings and coordinating with Project Manager
• Knowledge of BCA codes and regulations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support
• Ensure all drawings conform to latest BCA codes and regulations
• Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery from subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to execute their scope of works

Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and work closely with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support such as interpret construction drawings
• Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest BCA codes and regulations
• Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors/suppliers
• Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their respective scope of works for smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations
• Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with necessary preparatory works and coordination with consultants
• Liaise with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary site permits/clearances
• Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors

Job Qualifications / Requirements

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant working experienceof the building construction industry

or

• Degree in local universities in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management
• Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects
