Job summary

GPM BUILDERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced construction/project manager to lead renovation and new building projects from initiation to handover.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities, and prepare drawings, schedules, and progress reports. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction or project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM modeling.
• Able to work independently with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Working knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project).
• Basic understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements is an advantage.
• Valid Class 3 driving license preferred (for site visits).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction/renovation projects from initiation to handover.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare project drawings, schedules, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
• Manage project budgets and assist in cost control.
• Resolve on-site issues and elevate risks in a timely manner.
