Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field; Master's is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of proven programme management experience delivering large-scale technology projects.
• Experience in government/public sector digital transformation is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources and timelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define programme scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with government priorities.
• Develop and execute programme plans with resources, budgets and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster high performance.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, vendors and internal teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks with contingency plans.
• Monitor progress and report metrics to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to government policies and standards in delivery.
• Drive process improvements in programme management.
• Champion innovation and adoption of emerging technologies.
