Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree and above in IT or related areas
• 12–15 years of programme or project management experience leading large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes
• Experience delivering programmes with multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience managing programme budgets, financial planning, resource allocation and governance
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary, high-performing teams
• Experience driving organisational change and transformation initiatives
• Experience managing commercial relationships and vendor performance

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex technology and digital transformation programmes with multiple workstreams
• Establish programme strategy, governance, delivery plans, milestones and reporting for executive visibility of progress, risks and decisions
• Apply a mix of traditional governance with agile delivery practices to achieve programme outcomes
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues and change requests with timely resolution
• Own programme budgets, financial planning and resource management across workstreams
• Monitor financial performance and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders
• Partner with finance and procurement to ensure sound governance
• Lead, develop and inspire multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product management, design, and change management
• Foster a high-performing culture with coaching, capability development and accountability
• Build organisational capability through ownership and delivery excellence
• Build strong partnerships across agencies and senior leadership to align goals and drive outcomes
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to enable adoption of new systems and ways of working
• Facilitate governance forums and cross-agency engagements to enable effective decision-making
