- Experience in strategy, planning and/or digital transformation, ideally with exposure to public-sector transformation or enterprise change.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Architect & Change Catalyst: translate executive visions into actionable roadmaps.
- Programme Orchestrator for Nation-Scale Initiatives: lead CIO Teams of the Future and related programmes.
- Cross-Government Collaboration Architect: design frameworks for inter-agency collaboration.
- Digital Transformation Strategist & Advisor: define OKRs and workforce transformation plans.
- Leadership Development Champion: mentor managers to build SPO capability.
- Senior Stakeholder Influencer & Alliance Builder: engage with Cluster Directors and CIOs.
